Why the Morphing Jar? This is going to want to simplify the game state stat. which means if you are getting value out of Jar, you are behind/losing anyway. Just asking sense Morphing Jar is one of the worst cards a control player/Deck can run since it is inherently counter intuitive. I'd say lean on Jar#2 since the most value coming from the Monster line-up on stand alone value will be from Dyna and Jar#2. Also, my eyes immediately focused on the Wind-Up Rabbits and my first thought was Chain Beat. Which means nothing to the deck, but it does let you play a holding/position game to a certain extent which is nice since it may let you conserve when you need.

That was the reason for rabbit.
Now onto morphing jar. Its a way to force your opponent to ditch what they have retrieved. It also lets me refuel to a hand of more control..while "thinning" resources from the opponent. So far it has done alot in the test games.

Thanks for explaining, but I have this counter argument: You should be building to beat the best deck, unless this is strictly a location specific type of deck. And here, Morphing Jar is even more detrimental to you than it is in generic terms. Dragon don't care if you discard their hand, in fact, if they still had access to Card Destruction, they would run it. That's what I'm getting at.

Ursiel Isn't Ghostrick Scare only really good in Ghostricks? As for the deck, could you consider a teched Burst Reverse in this? Very powerful card for Dyna and Morphing Jar #2 (At least in my experience)

Possibly instead of torrential or the one swords of light? As I don't think you normally want to torrent your own field with this deck.

torrential is just too good. its great early game, or when im stuck in a sticky situation.

Hmm, so replace it with another psi-blocker? or a thunderbird? If I had to choose between one of those, I'd go with Psi-Blocker since you already have 3 Rabbits.

Scare I'm thinking would help as a battle stopper while you have an MJ2 on field. Would wipe both fields and reset them with set cards. Bonus goes against Rulers since they run so few monsters that MJ2 could put on field, or at least monsters they don't want on field.
