Bait how, and for what reason that Lancelot will try to negate anyways if there's a Felgrand up. There's so many assumptions being taken, you also gotta consider what decks even summoned Felgrand in and what few they can use to bait out Lancelot.
Usually, when Lancelot is summoned, it's most likely without a Felgrand on board but something else worth popping or a Felgrand alone. If it's alone, it can attack directly and pop Felgrand. If Felgrand shows up later, they may not have the resources to pull off another set of effects to force Lancelot to go down much more easily. People don't just summon Lancelot on an empty board where there is nothing to pop, that wouldn't be maximizing its uses. At that point, summoning a Felgrand first is better. But if there's an opposing Felgrand, which don't tend to have backrow backing it up, then it's gonna fall to a Lancelot most of the time.

2000 ATK can be run over by other things. All I say is that one vs the other, Number 23 will win the majority of the times... Ok, Felgrand with a Bottomless Trap Hole will just screw it but we can imagine numerous situations when one of them would win. I would say that it will depend on the meta. I like them both

2000 can do that much damage first and pop another thing before it goes out. ATK points are everything after all, there are probably backrow covering this guy up.
