Well I don't have either of those and would rather spend that kind of money on 360 games I want or Yugioh.

Although last set of translated RPGs I played from Japan were amazing. Loved the Shin Megami series.

The SMT games are definitely JRPG games, I don't see any other way to categorize them. Maybe dating/school simulations for the Persona series. Unless you meant Pokemon or something.

I just considered SMT to be RPGs, especially since if you just consider imports as JRPGs the Final Fantasy series would count that way too.
