Well Dolls do get their effects that way, they are sent to the grave by the effect of their or any fusion card.
The send to grave on Ballons is a cost though. Same situation like dealing with any DW monster. Its has to be an effect that discards or no effect.
Major difference is that "send" is a broader and more general term, which is why DW support spells work so well with things like dolls or BA.

Indeed. I guess that DW will have a problem against Shaddolls...

With Winda yeah. Going to need PWWB.

I don't really see a problem. Summon Grapha run it over.

I don't really see a problem. Summon Grapha run it over. First Grapha will be your 1 Special summon that turn, and only if you can run over it. That is a big if. You really think Doll players are going to let you run over one of their ace extra deck monsters that easily. I can see them using PWWB/CED to bounce it off the field, or letting you attack into a D.Prison.

Doesn't skill drain stop that fusion guy?
I would be more worried about the effects the monsters get when they are sent to the graveyard by a card effect (that's what DW do best) than that guy. You summon him? Oh, here is skill drain...

Most typical Shaddolls don't pack that kind of defensive backrow. Besides, Grapha's trip to the GY may have popped such hindrances.

Skill Drain would work against Winda.
AS for defensive backrow don't doll's have traps that punish the opponent for destroying them?

If that's the case, all you have to do is to not destroy them
I will admit that I don't know what traps are they using...

Ok but if the only monster they have on the field is Winda, you really have no choice but to pop the backrow. Grapha's pop is mandatory.

Got 2 so far. Only decent pulls were Ulti Delteros and a Castel. Round 2 on Tuesday.

Unless they're playing Shaddoll Artifacts, the backrow is not that much to be feared besides Shaddoll Core, which is apparently underwhelming right now to play.
@harold: Wow, that's a bit rough. What NECH promos did you get?
