Ghost of a Grudge is gonna be insane! First time I think we are really getting an effect that is based on number in grave. Its like Threshold for MTG. You are right. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw an archetype with something like Threshold as it's core mechanic at some point in the future.

technically good goblin housekeeping or attack and recieve/numeros healer are our first "threshold" cards.

Ghost of a Grudge works nicely in my DEF.dek, don't you think so Harold?

Yoh Komori Those don't really fit though, yes they get better for having other copies of themselves in the grave; but Threshold doesn't care about specifics, just a minimum number of cards in the grave. I actually wouldn't mind an archetype with a "threshold" like ability. I enjoyed some of those types of cards in MTG.

Some of the Lightray are closer to a Threshold type of card, downside is that not all of the archetype cares what is in grave. Others care about banished cards.

Then there's super threshold like Blasting the Ruins. I could've sworn there was another card that needed a 30+ count in the graveyard?

And it seems that we are getting another Veiler reprint. Good news. Now, let's hope that maxx "C" is also in there.

Blasting the Ruins would definitely be a threshold card. Exchange..... I don't remember if there was a minimum grave requirement for its activation.
That Veiler reprint has already caused an issue in my neck of the woods. A guy from further south of me read the PSCT and thought is was changing how the card worked. In other words turning it more into a Skill Drain/Fiendish Chain type of effect negation. smh

And we will get this guy there: yugiohblog.konami.com/articles/?p=6018I must admit... It does look good... I guess that I will have to find room for plaguespreader zombie (and foolish burial) in my agents deck. With this available, it makes sense.

Oh gosh that makes me want to make Synchrocentric Infernities again. It'll have Doom Dragon, Void Ogre and now Beelze to pummel the opponent with.
